If you would like to order something you see on the site, please email
us. In your email, please include the description and code as listed
under the image. We will email you back within 2-4 business days to let you know
if the item is in stock and available to be shipped out.
Many of the designs featured on the site are available in a different gemstone combination or color. If you see something you like but would prefer it in a different stone, please use our Custom Design Form to contact us. We will contact you via email about your specific request.
Payment
We can securely accept major credit cards and money transfers through PayPal.
(You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make a purchase.) Alternately,
you can write a check for your order. Contact us about the items that you'd
like, and we'll let you know where to send a check. All shipments within
the state of California will be assessed a 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation or UPS Ground.
We will e-mail you the confirmation number, if applicable, when your order
ships.
Shipping and handling:
$0 - $99 = $8.00
$100 - $199 = $10.00
Above $200 = $12.00
All non-custom orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, after payment is received. If we cannot ship within that amount of time, we will contact you via email. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. Additional charges will apply for large orders and international shipping.
Returns or Exchanges
All items, with the exception of Custom Orders, may be returned within 15 days
of receipt for a full refund. Please email us about your return
and we will be provide an address for you to ship your item back to us. You
are responsible for return shipping and insurance on all returned merchandise.
We are not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your
protection, please make sure the item has some method of tracking. We
are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise. Returns and
exchanges do not include include reimbursement of original shipping and handling
fees.
Gift Certificates
Can't decide.....There are always gift certificates! Available in any denomination.
Please email us and we will mail one
out to you.
All of our pieces are handcrafted, using only the best materials. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring will occur. The actual colors you see on your monitor may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of your screen. We only ask that you keep these things in mind when ordering.
